FAQ
Why does Add/Edit not appear in the sheet?
Status must show "Read + Write". If it shows Read Only, the Apps Script URL is missing or needs a new deployment version.
How do I update Apps Script after changes?
Deploy > Manage deployments > Edit (pencil) > Version: New version > Deploy. The URL stays the same.

Photo Capture Flow
How does the QR photo session work?
Scan QR with phone > take or pick photos > upload (can repeat) > tap "Done - Close Session" on phone. Desktop automatically detects completion and refreshes thumbnails.
Where are photos stored?
Google Drive folder. Files named: LicensePlate_YYYYMMDDHHMMSS.jpg. Links saved to Vehicles sheet automatically.
